About PlanKeep

Small home-service shops sell maintenance memberships because members call them first and generate pull-through work — a $250 agreement is worth roughly $750/year that way. Then the renewals quietly die: nobody tracked the date, followed up the declined visit, or noticed the warning signs. The platform fix is gated — recurring plan tooling sits on top tiers like Housecall Pro MAX at $299/mo billed annually, and deferred-revenue handling is documented by almost none of them. PlanKeep does only this job, alongside whatever the shop already runs, from a CSV export, at a flat price.

We're in pre-launch. The scoring engine is built and tested (5/5 automated tests passing): CSV classification into active / visit-owed / at-risk / lapsed / payment-failed, visits-owed and per-visit deferred-revenue computation, dollars-at-risk reporting, and the guarantee flag.

PlanKeep is not tax or legal advice. Deferred-revenue schedules are arithmetic for your bookkeeper — your CPA confirms the recognition method. Renewal outreach honours applicable auto-renewal and marketing laws; our checklist flags them.

What we won't do

We won't make you migrate platforms, charge per tech, contact your customers without your written per-batch approval, or bury the guarantee: fewer than 5 problem agreements in your Audit and it's refunded.
