Features

One job, done completely: the renewal layer your field-service platform gates or skips.

Renewal-risk scoring

Every agreement in your export is classified: ACTIVE, VISIT-OWED, AT-RISK (≤45 days to expiry), LAPSED, or PAYMENT-FAILED — with the dollars at risk attached to each. The scoring engine is tested code, not a vibe.

Visits-owed ledger

Sold vs. delivered, per agreement — so the visits you owe stop being a surprise crunch and start being a schedule.

Deferred-revenue schedule

Prepaid amounts recognized per completed visit, exported for your CPA or QuickBooks. We produce the arithmetic schedule; your CPA confirms the recognition method. We never file or advise.

Failed-payment flags

Payment failures surfaced from your export's payment-status column — the members who didn't churn on purpose, and are usually the easiest saves.

Drafted rescue sequences

Renewal, owed-visit booking, and failed-payment recovery drafts in your shop's name. You approve every batch before anything sends — drafts first, always.

No migration, no lock-in

Works from a 9-column CSV exported from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or a spreadsheet. No per-tech fees, no annual contract, cancel Keep anytime.

Straight answers

From our launch FAQ.

Which trades?

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, residential cleaning, landscaping, pest, garage door — any shop selling recurring service agreements.

Do you contact my customers?

Only with your written approval, per batch, from an address you control. Renewal outreach must honour applicable auto-renewal and marketing laws; our checklist flags them, and your counsel/CPA confirms specifics.

Do you replace my FSM?

No. Scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing stay where they are. PlanKeep is the renewal / owed-visit / deferred-revenue layer alongside them.

Auto-renew compliance

State automatic-renewal laws still apply (e.g. California) even though the FTC click-to-cancel rule was vacated in July 2025. Our checklist covers it; your counsel confirms your specifics.
