The service

PlanKeep provides service-agreement renewal analysis, visits-owed ledgers, deferred-revenue schedules, and renewal outreach drafts, as described on this site. PlanKeep is not a field-service management platform and does not provide scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, tax, or legal services.

Billing

• Leak Audit and Renewal Rescue are one-time charges via Stripe.
• Keep is billed monthly in advance via Stripe; cancel anytime and it stops at the end of the billing period.
• Audit turnaround (3 business days) runs from receipt of a complete CSV export.

Acceptable use

• You must lawfully hold the customer data you send us, and you're responsible for approving any outreach before it sends.
• Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

Our guarantee is specific: a Leak Audit that finds fewer than 5 at-risk, lapsed, visit-owed, or payment-failed agreements is refunded in full. Renewal results depend on your members and your market; deferred-revenue schedules are arithmetic for your bookkeeper, not tax advice, and recognition method confirmation sits with your CPA.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
